With the mercury rising, herald the opportunity to start preparing your spring wardrobe. I have, for the most part, packed up my winter items, with the exception of a few pieces and I have begun the implement this season’s trends. The way to play? Mix and match. Or rather, it’s about getting the right mix with the correct match. I am all for wearing graphic tees with florals or denim jackets offset by a simple sundress.
All the pieces featured here have been curated by me and are available at Cotton on. From crop tops to florals, and from 80s to oversize; I’ve got four looks today that you’ll master in no time. Keep on scrolling to see how to achieve these looks. The good thing? You can wear these looks as ASAP; shoppable links in each look!
THE FLORAL DRESS
A touch of masculine to an otherwise feminine outfit…
The perfect go-to weekend look is a floral dress with the right layer over top (read: an over-sized denim jacket) and a pair of cool-girl kicks on bottom. If you’re hesitant to wear sneakers with a dress, my advice is to start with a neutral pair, like these white kicks.
THE GRAPHIC TEE
I am all for t-shirts, day or night.
For trans-seasonal weather pair high-waisted, ripped jeans with an on-trend graphic tee. There’s nothing more classic than a jeans-and-T-shirt combo, Inject mega style buy accessorizing with a neck scarf, statement earrings and a killer pair of brogues.
THE FLORAL TWO-PIECE
Makes dressing on the weekends easy…
Either mix and match your floral or choose something with the same print. This season try a bustier and pants, shorts and crop. I am loving this two piece from Cotton On – the navy is stunning.

Two piece sets for are my go-to for spring because they are minimal-effort. The key is proportion. I love to style a feminine set with ankle boots to toughen the look up, while still letting it lend to a feminine vibe.
