1. ‘Breathing Colour’ by Hella Jongerius and the permanent display at the Design Museum – not only are these exhibits stunning examples of design at play in the wider world, the building itself is an epic feat of architecture. Even just sitting on the main steps in the lobby is enough to fill you with awe. The gift shop is also full of beautifully curated objects
2. London eatery, Signorelli – go East for a walk through Columbia Road Flower Market, along to Hackney City Farm and finish with freshly baked pasticceria and tea at the bakery run by husband and wife duo Rebecca and Alberto Rossini
4. RIBA – an unknown gem in central London; housed in a stunning art deco building, you’ll find coffee, inspiring books on architecture and the world beyond, and excitingly, our latest project – The Learner!
5. The Ned – A new hotel come member’s club in the City. To call this former bank grandiose is an understatement. Our highlights – avocado topped bagels at Zobler’s followed by drinks in the basement bar, which used to be the old safe. The walls are lined with the original safety deposit boxes!
