The incredible ‘Maison de Maître’ in Ghent dates back to the 19th century, but thanks to a loving restoration by Hans Verstuyft Architecten in 2013, is now a stunning pairing of heritage meets minimalist design.
The steel extensions which were added to the exterior allow a stream of natural light to enter the living spaces, while the custom cabinetry, timber flooring and sleek furnishings bring the space together. A true modernist dream.
